China export declining

This article from the Economist talks about the declining trade figures for China especially in exports that the deterimental effect this may have on the global economy. The unfortunate prognosis is that the dismal performance of China the last few weeks is a bad sign for the economy as a whole since China was meant to be a staple consumer and producer while richer countries went into a recession, a hope that these trade numbers severely diminish.

China is a huge exporter. This will have a huge impact on the rest of the world, and the impact will be negative. Many countries outsource to china because its less expensive for production due to low wage rates.
