The layman's finance crisis glossary
Let's play Buzz Ｗord!!! recently with this credit crunch news papers has been throwing vasts amounts financial buzz words and confusing jargon, but fear not !!!! I have found on the BBC website an a to z glossary of such buzz words, with an short explanation of them. I feel with this tool we are able to read financial new paper better with a more thorough understating.

I found this website very helpful. often times when i am reading the paper i have a hard time understanding some of the financial jargon thrown in. After viewing this site i have a feeling i will be using it more often to help me while reading the paper.
I agree with Caitlin. Sometimes i feel that the hounds on wall street make up certain words or phrases. Working on wall street this summer, i found that one of the toughest tasks i had to overcome was understanding conversations because everyone on wall streets speeks "financial ebonics". this site was helpful. Thank you.
