CBO: Stimulus bill created up to 2.1 million jobs

This article is fairly obvious, but the question I would like to know is whether the CBO counted "jobs saved" under this statistic or if "saved jobs" are a completely different group of people altogether. If that is the case, the stimulus may have done much more than previously thought.

It is a great thing that the stimulus bill has been able to create jobs. The question I have is what the reaction by the public will be when the law expires? Many people like the bill, while many do not. It will be interesting to see what happens. When the government institutes policy to help the economy, it is usually hard to repeal. The debt burden that the plan has created may slow recovery since it will be a drag on the economy in future years.
