Corruption undermines Libya's oil-rich economy

It's interesting to see how the creation of more job opportunities through public works projects has seemed to hurt Libya's hopes of softening its socialist policies.

I always knew that Libya was a rich country, but I never knew how rich! It's amazing to learn about how they are the third biggest oil producing country in Africa, and still dont have the money to develop their land further.
In my view, all countries are corrupt in one way or another, however some countries just know how to hide it from their citizens, better than others!
